Diagnostic criteria:
Headache located to the affected facial or cranial structure and/or radiating to surroundings.
Headache disappears within 1 month after successful treatment or spontaneous remission of the underlying disorder.
Teeth: The most common cause of headache is periodontitis or pericoronitis.
TMD: Patients may present with headache which is localized to the preauricular region, mandible, and TMJ region.
